This contract (“Contract”) is entered into between Family Law Group Inc. (“Company”) and the individual or entity submitting a review (“Reviewer”).

Whereas, the Company provides legal services in the field of family law, and the Reviewer wishes to provide feedback and opinions on the services received from the Company;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Review Submission

The Reviewer agrees to submit a review of the services received from the Company in a truthful and accurate manner. The review may include personal experiences, opinions, and recommendations to others seeking legal assistance in family law matters.

2. Ownership Review

The Reviewer acknowledges and agrees that the review submitted becomes the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to use, publish, and display the review on its website, marketing materials, and other promotional platforms.

3. Legal Compliance

The Reviewer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when submitting the review. The review shall not contain any defamatory, false, or misleading statements about the Company or its services.

4. Release Indemnity

The Reviewer releases and holds harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the submission of the review.

5. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

6. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
